I made about 2 dozen roses and decided to let the girls have a cupcake decorating morning.

I started them months ago, but I am going to wait until Valentines day to give them to him.

Opal yarn hasn't dissapointed me yet.

Well at least I hope not.....
I placed my favorite wooden bowl by the front door to catch all of our hats, mittens, and scarves.
Most days it has worked-now if I could only keep track of their socks.
It has been -10 degrees today- add the windchill, and this bowl should be empty.

Days this cold make me very thankful for my warm house and wool socks
